PRIVACY
POLICY

1. Who we are

DUELO TV (“DUELO”, “we”, “us”) is a Spanish-language live music entertainment property. This policy explains what information we collect through duelotv.com and how we use it. Questions? Write to hola@duelotv.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address and the artist matchups you suggest or vote on.
• Technical information: basic, aggregated data such as browser type, device type and approximate region, used to keep the site working and secure.
• Local preferences: your votes are also stored in your own browser so the site remembers them. This never leaves your device unless you submit a form.

3. How we use it

• To count votes and shape future DUELO matchups and programming.
• To send you news about episodes, tickets and announcements, if you opt in.
• To prevent spam, abuse and automated submissions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you legally.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host our site, database and email delivery, strictly to operate DUELO TV, and when required by law. Those providers are bound to protect your data.

5. Retention & security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Reads are limited to authorized administrators; the public can submit but cannot view other people’s entries. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Contact hola@duelotv.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your data.

7. Children

DUELO TV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the show grows. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date on this page.
