By accessing duelotv.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

2. The site

DUELO TV is a live music entertainment property. The site presents information about the format, upcoming episodes, and lets fans suggest and vote on artist matchups. Content is provided for information and entertainment purposes and may change at any time.

3. Submissions and voting

  • Suggestions and votes are non-binding fan input. They do not guarantee that any artist will appear on DUELO TV and do not create any partnership or obligation.
  • By submitting a suggestion you grant DUELO TV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that submission in connection with the show and its promotion, without compensation.
  • You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading or infringing content, and not to use bots, scripts or other automated means to vote or submit.
  • We may remove submissions, restrict access, or discard votes we believe to be fraudulent, duplicated or abusive.

4. Intellectual property

The DUELO TV name, the D monogram, the site design, typography, graphics, video and copy are owned by DUELO TV or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without written permission. Artist names referenced by fans remain the property of their respective owners and their use here does not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmed participation.

5. Third-party links

The site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUELO TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to access it, which is zero.
